The Food Technology study program is aimed to equip students to be professionals in food industries and related activities. UPH Food Technology Study Program has two streamlines: Regular and International. The regular program is delivered in Indonesian while the international program is fully taught in English by domestic lecturersFurthermore, the International streamline also offers a Dual Degree program collaborating with the University of Newcastle (Australia). This program will enrich the students with broader knowledge in both Food Processing and Human Nutrition.

UPH Food Technology has maintained its specific values by offering unique subjects, taught by academician and some Industrial experts, to equip students for their future challenge in the workplace. They include Flavour Technology, Milk Processing Technology, Aquatic Food Processing Technology, Fermented Beverage Technology, Nutrition and Functional Food.
