The curriculum is based on the  International and National standards referring to the basic requirements for Food Science and Technology program designed by Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) USA and Perhimpunan Ahli Teknologi Pangan Indonesia (PATPI), respectively. The networking established by UPH Food Technology Study Program with national and international food institutions as well as the mutual partnership with food industries has enriched the value of this program. Graduates from the regular program taught using either Indonesian or English will obtain the same degree: Sarjana Teknologi Pertanian degree from UPH within 3.5 or 4 years.
